Following your enquiry we will identify a number of possible .co.uk and/or .com domain names for your website.

Our aim will always be to match your domain name to your company name, but our ability to do so is dependant on which names are still available.

The possible names will be sent to you, together with a form requesting the content that you would like to appear on your website. For example:

  • Home (overview of company, products or services offered, etc.)
  • About Us (more detailed information about your business)
  • News (latest products, special offers, etc.)
  • Products or Services Overview
  • Product/Service Set 1
  • Product/Service Set 2
  • Product/Service Set 3
  • Contact Us (address, telephone numbers, email details, map)

Typically your content would consist of text and a number of pictures or graphics for each page.  If you have a logo, you can also supply this to appear on each page.  In addition you will be offered a number of choices, e.g. preferred colours, straight lines or curves, which we will use to determine the best design for your website.  For ideas you can also review the sample sites in our References section.

Once we have received your completed form we will start the website design based on the content and preferences supplied (we can provide additional graphics, if appropriate).

We will inform you when your website is ready. You will then be able to view it through a standard Internet browser and request changes, should any be required. We will make these changes so that you can view your completed website.

At this point, if you wish to proceed, you will be required to open an account with a leading Web-Hosting specialist (who will host your website and email) and register your requested domain name – we provide instructions on how to do this.

We will then complete the website creation process by re-creating it within your registered domain.

In addition to your website, you will also be able to use a number of email addresses linked directly to your domain name.  You specify which email addresses you would like, on the set-up form mentioned above, for example - sales@yourname.co.uk or john@yourname.co.uk.

As part of the service we will create the addresses requested.  You will be able to add more at anytime, up to the maximum allowed (20 in the standard service), or change existing ones.  The email addresses can be used in email software, such as Outlook Express, or directly via the Internet (like Hotmail).

After you have viewed your completed website and are happy with it you pay the set-up fee.  We then submit your site to a number of major search engines, and provide you with the following documentation:

  • Instructions on how to maintain your website
  • Instructions on setting-up and using email accounts
  • Instructions on maintaining your account with the Web-Hosting company

Domain name, website and email configuration can subsequently be maintained by you through an online interface.

You will be able to edit the content of your website using this online interface, which requires no specialist knowledge and is as easy to use as a word processor or spreadsheet.
